Can you work to tight move dates?
We do our best to accommodate where possible. Early booking ensures preferred dates.
Do you clean inside appliances and cupboards?
Yes for empty properties we can clean inside cupboards and closets; appliances and oven/Aga/Range interiors are optional add‑ons.
Are products safe for luxury finishes?
We use PH‑appropriate, eco‑friendly products and advise on any specialist care needed for stone, metals and lacquered surfaces.
Can you access the property without me present?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with key safes, concierges and managing agents.
Are you insured in case of accidents or damage in my home?
Yes, we are fully insured. While we take every precaution to handle your home and belongings with care, accidents can happen.
Our bespoke and fully comprehensive insurance coverage is designed for high end domestic cleaning and ensures that any accidental damage or mishaps are taken care of promptly, giving you complete peace of mind when we’re working in your home.
Do you offer carpet/upholstery cleaning?
Yes, we can either hire the appropriate equipment or coordinate with trusted specialists and schedule them alongside our service if required.
